As a growing firm with ambitious expansion plans in the Swedish market, we are now strengthening our commercial organization and looking for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to play a key role in our continued growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will operate across retail and professional investor segments, working with private investors as well as professional counterparts. The role is advisory and relationship-driven, centered on long-term value creation rather than short-term transactions.

You will work actively through telephone-based outreach, digital communication, and in-person meetings and presentations, building trust and credibility across multiple touchpoints. You will be part of a high-performing sales team that works closely together towards shared targets and long-term objectives.

This role requires proven experience. You are expected to contribute from day one, lead by example, and help elevate the overall performance and professionalism of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory Sales & Investor Relations

  • Build, manage, and develop long-term relationships with private investors and professional counterparts
  • Conduct advisory sales conversations via phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Hold structured investment meetings and presentations, both individually and in group settings
  • Guide clients through investment opportunities, structures, and strategic considerations
  • Act as a trusted partner throughout the investor journey

Business Development & Team Collaboration

  • Actively generate new business through outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Work closely within a driven sales team, contributing to a strong performance culture and shared goals
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues to maximize team results
  • Represent Kapita at investor meetings, events, and relevant industry forums

Internal Structure & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with investment, analysis, and management teams
  • Contribute to sales strategy, investor communication, and presentation material
  • Use CRM systems to ensure structured follow-up, documentation, and reporting

Who We Are Looking For

Required Experience & Profile

  • Several years of experience in retail and/or professional investor sales, preferably within finance, investments or advisory services
  • Documented experience working with telephone-based sales combined with physical meetings and presentations
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with demanding clients
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven sales environment with clear targets
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical understanding
  • Team-oriented, disciplined, and motivated by collective success as well as individual performance

Meriting Background

  • Experience from investment sales, wealth management, financial advisory, or similar roles
  • Knowledge of Swedish capital markets and investment structures
  • Academic background in finance, economics, or a related field
